Coral Creek Anglers Club Amenities Overview

Clubhouse

The Anglers Club Clubhouse overlooks the pool area and includes one large central room with TV and internet. Off of the main room is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

Clubhouse Rules:

1. The Clubhouse is primarily for the use of owners and is not available to any outside organizations.
2. Owners may use and share the Clubhouse space at any time with other Owners so long as a reservation is not in place.
3. A reservation request must be submitted and approved prior to any exclusive use of the Clubhouse. Note: Owner reserving the Clubhouse must be present during the event.
4. All rules and regulations of the Association must be followed by all guests. Noise levels should be kept to a level that will not disrupt any other owners in the community.
5. The Clubhouse must be returned to the same condition it is found prior to use. This includes cleaning and any damage which may occur. If it is determined that the clubhouse has not been properly cleaned or any damage is found the Association reserves the right to address the issues and charge the cost back to the owner including any administrative fees.

Pool 

The Anglers Club pool is for the use of Owners and their tenants or guests only. Pool chairs, tables and loungers are provided on a first come first serve basis. Cabanas are assigned and maintained by select owners in the community. If you are interested in a cabana please contact the management office. Open from dawn until dusk.

Pool Rules:
1. Use at any time of the Anglers Club pool facilities is at the Owner’s, Renter’s, House Guest’s and their Day Guest’s own risk.
2. Swimming is permitted only during daylight hours.
3. Showers are required before entering the pool.
4. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimming attire. Cut-offs, jeans and Bermuda shorts are not considered acceptable swimwear.
5. Glass containers or sharp objects of any kind are strictly prohibited at the pool.
6. Running, ball playing, noisy or hazardous activity is strictly prohibited. Pushing, dunking and dangerous games are also strictly prohibited.
7. Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool at any time
8. Additional rules, which must be observed, may be posted at the pool.

Fire Pit

The Anglers Club Fire Pit is located on the south side of the clubhouse and includes benches for seating.

Use of the Anglers Club Fire Pit is on a first come first serve basis and may certainly be shared by multiple owners. A water hose is available nearby for extinguishing, please make sure the fire is completely out before the last person leaves. Take any and all trash with you.

Community Dock

The Anglers Club Community Dock is located behind the townhomes on the Marina side and offers over 800 feet of parallel docking for Owners, Tenants and Guests of Anglers Club Only. Water and 120V electric are available along the dock as well as fish cleaning stations. The 12 slips on the NW corner of the community are privately owned and not available for community docking.
